About
Our goal is to provide quality personalized management services to property owners. We do this by combining the objectives of each owner/entity with our expertise to create an effective management and marketing plan for their properties.
With combined experience of over 38 years in the real estate and property management business, we have proven track records of successfully reaching the goals of property owners across the nation. Currently managing properties in California and Oklahoma, Winfield Property Management has implemented management plans for over 1,100 units in the Tulsa area.

Amy Bors, a Tulsa native, began property management in 1997 with a national management firm where she specialized in start ups of distressed properties. Her ability to turn around under-performing properties enabled her to move into the Regional Supervisor position for the Midwest Region. Amy and Jim partnered in 2005 to form Winfield Property Management. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. Ms. Bors serves on the Board of Directors for the local Chapter Institute of Real Estate Mangement. She is a CPM Candidate with IREM. Amy is the Vice President for the Tulsa Apartment Association and licensed with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. In 2009 she was awarded Corporate Supervisor of the Year. Today Amy follow those same strategies to successfully reach the goals of property owners.

Jim Armstrong started out specializing in the brokerage of small income properties, primarily apartments. The property management business began as a result of these transactions and within a few years, Jim formed JAPM, Inc in 1979. Armstrong Property Management became a d.b.a. of JAPM INC., in 1987, with Jim Armstrong as the President and CEO, as he is today. Jim Armstrong also became a Certified Property Manager® through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1992 and a Certified Community Association Manager® in 2004 through the California Association of Community Managers.
